Installation Steps

1. Remove old mud flaps or quarter fenders and clean the mounting area.
2. Slide rubber shock absorber tubes onto the cross bars before assembly.
3. Attach stainless cross bars (with shock tubes) to the quarter fender panel using included hardware.
4. Slide rubber top flap onto the top edge of the fender.
5. Position the assembly against the truck frame bracket and secure with bolts, nuts and washers — hand-tighten first.
6. Adjust angle for optimal tire clearance and splash coverage, then torque snug.
7. Check all fasteners after first 100 miles of driving.

Estimated installation time: 30–45 minutes per side. Basic hand tools required (wrench, socket set).
